No student edition of these products is available at the moment.

CATIA V5 and SOLIDWORKS desktop Student Editions can no longer be ordered by students from our website. You may shop the new 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students or SOLIDWORKS Cloud Apps for students instead to learn the latest industry-leading software and get a certification.

(Academic institutions can now request CATIA V5 and SOLIDWORKS desktop Student Edition to their reseller. Licenses will be provided to schools which will get the license keys available on the cloud).

  • EUR with a billing address in Algeria, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland.
  • AUD with a billing address in Australia
  • GBP with a billing address in the United-Kingdom
  • USD with a billing address in the United-States
  • CAD with a billing address in Canada
  • JPY with a billing address in Japan

For the student offers, it is a yearly subscription.

The subscription is defined for one full period from date to date and the payment must happen upfront by card for the full amount of the subscription.

  • Your country is not listed in the billing address page. Please go to the question: “Why do not I see the prices in my local currency?”
  • You get a purchase failure message after you filled up your credit card number. Your bank might have rejected the purchase so, please retry, or try with another card if possible. If you still have the issue, you can contact us by filling up this support form.

You will receive a Get Started email with the direct link to access the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on the Cloud.

You will be invited to log in with your 3DEXPERIENCE ID to the platform environment.

The first access to the software can be done from the “Get started” email you have received to the email address you used to purchase online.

If you have not received this email, please check the Spam folder of your mailbox. In some cases, it may take time to receive the "Get Started" email.

If you did not receive it, please log in using this connection link.

If you still have difficulty accessing the software, please contact us by filling up this form and we will reach out to you.

If you want to install an app from a new role, we invite you to read the "Rich app installation" section on the Native apps installation page.

We currently have a 30 days cancellation policy. If you submit your cancellation request up to 30 days after your purchase, we will cancel and refund your order.

Certification

Shop our new 3DEXPERIENCE for Students offers with included certification!
Boost your employability with our certifications. Upskill yourself in collaborative working, project management, data management, 3D design, simulation, and much more.

Each offer comes with a full package that includes certification with a Digital Badge that you can share on social network (in addition to learning materials, software and community access).

Getting certified requires serious preparation.

  • In the 3DEXPERIENCE Student Offers, you will get the certification included into your learning content.
  • By your own, check the certification descriptions & process thoroughly to see how best to prepare. All Professional Level Certifications require at least initial hands-on experience in addition to either training at a Dassault Systèmes Authorized Education Partner, your university or school or online via 3DEXPERIENCE Edu Space.

No break is allowed during the exams.

Once you pass your exam, your electronic certificate is automatically generated.

When you fail an exam, there is a 14-day waiting period before retaking the same exam.
Note: when you pass an exam, you cannot retake it.

The Learning Content on Eduspace is packaged into “Learning Libraries”. These Libraries that you will get with your students are related to the 3DEXPERIENCE roles that you have.

• The number of individuals entitled to access the Learning Libraries is determined by the number of licenses purchased by the institute.
• Academic Institutions are responsible for providing the Learning Content access to their students, via a Voucher.
• In addition to the Learning Libraries, Academic institutions get access to the Academic Content developed by teachers and the Getting Started Tutorials developed for challenges and Student Projects

For each Learning Library, you can browse a dedicated catalog which shows the 3DEXPERIENCE roles supported by each learning module.

Learning Experience libraries are dedicated to companies to ensure their teams become proficient with their 3DEXPERIENCE roles.

Each library is composed of courses and learning paths designed just for you:

  • A learning path allows you to quickly understand the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE roles. It’s composed of two types of learning modules:
    • Explore: Get guidance on how to quickly become proficient in the corresponding 3DEXPERIENCE role and practice your newly gained skills.
      • Practice: Deep dives with hands-on activities, become proficient and earn recognition with certificates validating your skills.

All your learning materials are available at Edu Space portal, depending on your profile and roles. Please check with your administrator for more details.

Yes, there are Associate and Professional certification exams included. A digital badge that allows you to show off your acquired skills is also available to share on your social media.
