Open Tesla Community Challenge
Together, the community takes on a historic challenge: bringing Nikola Tesla’s visionary inventions to life through 3D virtual twin design and advanced simulations, including electromagnetism.
If you’re passionate about engineering, science, and innovation, join the challenge. Create a project inspired by Tesla’s work and collaborate with a global open community to explore and reimagine his groundbreaking concepts.
TANCAM WOMEN Hackathon
Women in Science and Engineering Hackathon as initiative of TANCAM reflects the commitment to fostering gender inclusivity, innovation, and entrepreneurship in STEM fields while aligning with Tamil Nadu's broader vision of empowering women in science, technology, and engineering. Building on last year's remarkable success where over 3,200 women students from 250+ colleges presented 1,106+ projects.
AgriKraft Design Challenge
The AgriKraft Design Challenge with startup CRASTE has attracted 36 teams and 142 students from colleges across India. Participants are designing sustainable furniture using E0 FuMa Panels, made from agricultural residue, addressing environmental challenges like crop burning and deforestation.
The challenge ran from November 2024 to February 2025, with top teams presenting to industry experts. CRASTE has also been showcased at 3DEXPERIENCE World.
LogiHack-A-Thon | Virtual Twin of Operations
In collaboration with the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab, this is an initiative bringing together academia, researchers, startups & enterprises along with logistics professional across different industry segments.
Together, the goal is to foster innovation by conceiving fresh concepts using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform powered by Brand Apps.
Leonardo Da Vinci 3D Design Challenge
A 3D design challenge for all the passionate folks who wanted to bring Leonardo da Vinci’s iconic drawings to life. This unique opportunity invited designers, engineers, and students to reimagine Leonardo’s visionary sketches using modern 3D tools.
Mobility 4.0 Challenge
For the first time, six of Europe's largest companies have united to form the Software République, providing data, technical tools, knowledge, and expertise. This opportunity has allowed participants to create disruptive use cases that will serve business interests with a positive impact.
Magic Wheelchair
Together, the community takes on a meaningful challenge: transforming children’s wheelchairs into extraordinary creations through collaborative design, digital modeling, and advanced fabrication tools.
Through the Magic Wheelchair initiative, engineers, makers, designers, and volunteers work together to create custom costumes that turn everyday mobility devices into powerful expressions of imagination and joy.
OPENR2
The OPENR2 project is an open innovation initiative that aims to turn the iconic R2-D2 robot from Star Wars into a real, collaborative robotics project. Led by Robert Jackson, the project uses original design blueprints and advanced 3D engineering tools on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to create an accurate digital twin and functional replica of the droid.
