Victoire de Margerie Named Vice President, Corporate Marketing, Communication and Identity at Dassault Systèmes

Expanded responsibilities now include the company’s working environments worldwide
Dassault Systèmes announced that Victoire de Margerie, 52, who has been leading its corporate marketing and communication activities since 2018, has taken on an expanded role. Named Vice President, Corporate Marketing, Communication and Identity at Dassault Systèmes, Victoire de Margerie is now responsible for the company’s working environments worldwide, overseeing 184 sites employing more than 25,000 people. She continues to report to Pascal Daloz, CEO, and to carry out her role as a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
As Vice President, Corporate Marketing, Communication and Identity at Dassault Systèmes, Victoire de Margerie will nurture the company’s equity and reputation by aligning people’s experiences with communication across all touchpoints. This deepened focus on the key role of the company’s physical spaces in fostering reputation and growth aims to ensure a consistent corporate message that boosts visibility, social engagement, and employee pride and advocacy.
This focus integrates with Victoire de Margerie’s existing mission to lead Dassault Systèmes’ global reputation and brand strategy and strengthen its position as the world leader of “Virtual Worlds for Real Life.” Since joining the company, she has driven the deployment of its equity system and the development of its corporate identity and brands, engaging all audiences through initiatives such as the award-winning communications campaign “The Only Progress is Human.” Her responsibilities also include its 3DEXPERIENCE Lab open innovation lab and startup accelerator and its Playgrounds - experiential spaces showcasing customer innovation.
Victoire de Margerie has over 30 years of experience spanning industry, public relations and marketing. Previously, she led international communications at Airbus. She is a board member of La Fondation Dassault Systèmes - the foundation dedicated to transforming the future of education and research through 3D technology and virtual worlds - and Entreprises & Médias, the French association of Chief Communications Officers.
