We create robot trajectories for clearance and approach management and we also carry out simulations of weld beads. Thanks to this solution, we are able to clearly show our clients the technical feasibility they are asking for. DELMIA Robotics integration with SOLIDWORKS has allowed us to make modifications instantly with just a few clicks. For example, as the customers' product evolved, in justa few clicks we were able to update it in DELMIA, simulate and then validate our modifications.

Today, I have a perfect mastery of the 3DEXPERIENCE software and, if needed, Dassault Systèmes provides an online support platform known as Edu Space where we can find different training courses. One of the features I really liked was the one for creating the weld beads. We can display the robot torch to be able to adjust a point in particular, modify an angle, and visualize dynamically, the robot torch size in relation to the tool. We can also add an option that allows the robot to be held in position and be able to look more precisely where the collision is.
Another strong feature from DELMIA is the implementation of robot libraries with their integrated controller at no additional cost. This allows you to choose any robot from any brand and be able to generate the associated robot program. Another positive aspect is that the solution is 100% on cloud. It is easy to install and allows you to always have the latest version.
