User Advocacy Marketing/Storyteller

Role Description & Responsibilities:  

We are seeking an outstanding storyteller to join our dynamic ENOVIA User Advocacy Marketing team.  Our mission is to deliver customer stories and references that are relatable, inspirational and gratifying.  Storytelling is the art of conveying messages, sharing knowledge, and fostering emotional connections through narrative. We believe that in a business context, customer storytelling can bring ENOVIA solutions to life.

As the User Advocacy Marketing/Storyteller, you will play a pivotal role in championing the ENOVIA brand by capturing and publishing compelling user success stories that spotlight how our customers are using ENOVIA, powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, to deliver collaborative and sustainable innovation at their companies.  Your expertise in storytelling will be instrumental in shaping the brand's narrative and fostering meaningful connections with our audiences.

You will drive attaining key objectives to capture, publish and amplify memorable ENOVIA user and customer stories for inspiration and replication:

  • Amplify the customer voice through strategic storytelling in both written narrative and video, infusing a dynamic blend of creativity and innovation. 
  • Ability to think globally while deeply investigating customer stories to bring them to life.  
  • Approach customer stories by identifying the protagonist, identify key moments in the journey, create an emotional narrative and conclude with impact and business value. 
  • Adhere meticulously to message guidelines and ensure all copy is on brand but also pushes the boundaries of conventional storytelling. 
  • Help build, nurture and execute on a pipeline of customer stories across the globe. 
  • Ideate on how ENOVIA clients and their stories can be involved in key marketing activities. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, and video, bringing your creativity to the table as you develop storyboards to bring each narrative to life on film. 
  • Help to drive internal change to think Advocacy First and drive ENOVIA values. 

With both your strategic and creative hats on, you will gain valuable experience and have real responsibility working with diverse teams including other ENOVIA User Advocacy Marketing team members, Corporate Referencing, Sales leaders, Offer Marketing, Other 3DS Advocacy leaders, Geo Marketing, Events, and Sales Operations.


  • 3-5 years creative writing experience required, ideally in a B2B customer marketing environment. 
  • A passionate storyteller with proven success as a communicator, and content creator.
  • Experience building customer relationships and capturing their success stories in video and written format. 
  • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-moving team in a rapidly growing company.
  • Excellent English written communication and storytelling skills; strong facilitation and presentations skills. 
  • Work closely and in partnership with colleagues in ENOVIA messaging and content teams. 
  • Collaborative work style and can earn trust with senior leaders. 
  • Time management and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with all levels and departments within an organization.
  • Experience with MS Office suite of tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adept at, and open to, learning new software tools and platforms (3DEXPERIENCE platform, ENOVIA Project Planning, ChatGPT)
  • Experience with video capture/editing tools such as CANVA, Camtasia, Adobe
  • Ability to travel to customer filming and meetings as necessary.
