Dassault Systèmes, UAB is a subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes founded more than 20 years ago with the core R&D team residing in Kaunas. The company develops one of the most popular systems engineering and enterprise architecture solutions on the market: Cameo Systems Modeler and Cameo Enterprise Architecture (see for more information). Key customers include NASA, Boeing, Airbus, Bosch, US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, Audi, BMW, Renault, Honda, Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman and Bombardier.

You will work on one of the most critical products for the company - Cameo Systems Modeler. It is the ultimate solution for modeling complex systems and supports UML and SysML modeling languages. Most of the customers for this product reside in the US, majority of them being in defense and aerospace sector.


What will your role be?

  • Define or actively contribute to the definition of the product roadmap based on identified customer needs, competition, and development resources available.
  • Actively contribute to the overall product management team vision for the entire product chain to provide a coherent solution.
  • Entirely own epics from the vision of the epic down to the specification of user stories and requirements.
  • Generate ideas for user interface simplification, ergonomics, and usability.
  • Interact with the SCRUM team and review progress to ensure that the product vision is maintained until the completion and delivery of the product.
  • Convey value of products and large pieces of product functionality to marketing, sales, and R&D.

Your key success factors

  • University degree in computer science or STEM studies
  • Product management or product ownership experience
  • SCRUM experience
  • Marketing fundamentals
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent analytical, facilitation, interpersonal, organizational and creativity skills
  • UML, SysML, UPDM/UAF knowledge (an advantage but not a requirement)
