Role Description & Responsibilities

The Sr. Global Partner Manager will be the focal point leading all global partner transformation and development initiatives at BIOVIA.

  • Instrumental in the transformation and enablement of the global partner strategy.
  •  Assess and deliver engagement model strategies with the global partners.
  • Lead all partner on-boarding initiatives.
  • Co-create a marketing plan to generate leads and support the sales effort.
  • Provide insights on target initiatives performances to GEO leadership on a monthly basis.
  • Develop a partner development plan at the C-Level to support the key initiatives at Dassault Systemes.
  • Focus on leading activities to enable partners to be successful with the Partner Rewards program.
  • Share partner development plan with all Partner C-Level leadership and connect our partners with Dassault Systèmes resources to support the key initiatives.

Qualifications 

·        Bachelor's degree

·        Proven experience in engaging with customers at the executive (C-suite) level.

·        5 - 7 years of experience in partner sales, supporting large partners with substantial transaction, volumes and complex processes, showcasing notable client program success.

·        Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales.

·        Expertise in managing a global scope and developing strategies for partner sales and alliances.

·        Preferred experience with Dassault Systèmes software.

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between 210,000 - 280,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
