What will your role be?
- You will be responsible for implementing business transformation with assigned key accounts primarily within Indonesia and other ASEAN countries (as may be required from time to time) to increase 3DS penetration and revenue growth on a mid- and long-term basis. Deliver on revenue plan by executing an overall sales, account engagement and solution strategy, involving 3DS extended team to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with a committed Customer Value Roadmap
- Leading the customer executive relationship, you will leverage the global 3DS ecosystem to support enterprise level business transformation for your customers
- You will be accountable to engage by value systematially (through our VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework), positioning and selling 3DS Business Consulting missions to support customers’ business transformation objectives
The Challenges Ahead
- Define and obtain 3DS team endorsement and customer commitment on Customer Value Roadmaps for the assigned accounts to generate incremental revenue
- Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
- Involve 3DS teams and/or C&SI (consulting and systems integration) partners as appropriate to maintain a high level of consulting presence and to create new growth opportunities
- Validate and transform Leads into Opportunities
- Perform full sales engagements consistent with the LEVERAGE process to overachieve revenue plan
- Provide an accurate sales forecast for Q, Q+1, Q+2 and FY creating an appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
- Manage negotiations with customers by complying with all 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards
- Identify and manage trusted advisor relationships with new consulting services and system integration partners
