Job Description & Role responsibilities:

  • Acting as trusted advisor of Sales and Partners, provide high quality of support through Help Desk to Direct and Indirect
    engagement
  • Provide Sales team & Partners support based on their daily activities
  • Gather, qualify and formalize enhancement requests from Sales Team & Partners related to Sales Processes & Systems, to feed Feedback Loop
  • Leverage Feedback Loop to raise need for enablement contents or materials creation or improvements towards Global organizations (GSO, Industries/Brands, Customer Engagement Models)
  • Deploy training programs to ensure 3DS Sales/Partners onboarding and skill-up on Business Planning, Suspect, Lead & Opportunity Management, Ordering Management
  • Participate to projects led by Global Sales Operations through define session, workshops, deployment

Qualifications

  • 6 to 12 months of experience in: sales support, leading change, project management working with internal stakeholders and partner organizations
  • Knowledge of competencies, processes and organization of Direct and Indirect Sales Engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver change management and training programs
  • Experience in motivating, teaching, empowering and inspiring
