Role Description & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site platform implementation, deployment, and customization
  • Analyze customer requirements and define optimized solution methodologies
  • Establish initial positioning, application usages, and technical documentation
  • Provide technical support, onboarding, and ongoing solution adoption for end-users
  • Liaise between clients and internal technical teams for timely issue resolution
  • Conduct or contribute to a Proof of Concept (if applicable)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a PLM, CAD, or Digital Manufacturing Engineer using ENOVIA, Teamcenter, or Windchill
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering software implementation project (PLM, CAD, or MES)
  • Experience in ‘3DEXPERIENCE’ Platform is a strong plus
  • Flexible to work on-site in Seoul and other regions in Korea
  • Business-Level English
