The challenges ahead...

We are seeking for a key Partner Capacity Manager, who will be responsible for the different aspects of the New Partner Recruitment Process:

  • Aligned GEO sourcing plan with New Partner Recruitment plan and activities to acquire new partners for relevant coverage in selected industries and Process domains.
  • Define with Partners their mid and long-term Partner Business Plan to ensure alignment to Dassault Systemes Mid-Market Strategy
  • Achieve quotas and defined KPIs associated to number of new partners to recruit to increase capacity and skills in the Channel Ecosystem

Our Channel Partner Community is a fundamental component of our growth strategy. This leader will be responsible to manage a team to growth the number of partners and develop the skills and capabilities of the existing partners for increased coverage in North America Market.

What will your role be?

  • Aligned Global & GEO Business & Sourcing plan with New Channel Recruitment activities.
  • Define and execute the North America GEO Capacity Plan around acquisition of new partners for relevant coverage in selected Industries and Domains.
  • Research and Identify a pipeline of suitable New Channel Prospects to recruit
  • Engage and qualify the most promising and valuable New Partner Prospects
  • Implement the most appropriate tactics to identify and connect with the right C-Level Contacts to explore and qualify interest in becoming a partner
  • Articulate the 3DS value propositions relevant to the prospect
  • Define with Partners their mid and long-term Strategy & Plan to build a new replicable and scalable business representing and reselling DASSAULT SYSTEMES Solutions in the market
  • Drive the recruitment process from first contact until the signature of the partnership contract
  • Monitor progress along the Partner Acquisition stages
  • Plan and support execution of the New Partner enablement and certification plan aligned to the Partner resources and Industry specialization from Distribution Agreement signature to first sale.
  • Manage the transfer of the New Partner to a DASSAULT SYSTEMES Partner Manager in charge of New Partner Onboarding and support the transition

 

Your Success factors:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • +5 years of new partner acquisition, Channel alliances and/or Channel Partner development driving net new customer activity with partners.
  • Ability to engage at C-Level, understand Channel Partner business models to animate a new partnership planning and the creation of new complementary revenue streams for their company.
  • Ability to analyze business plans and financial performance of a company to simulate new revenue streams and ROIs.
  • Proven experience in building business relationships internally and externally
  • Soft Skills: Driving for Results, Listening to Others, Presenting to Others, Taking Initiative and Manage Time effectively

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between 142,000 and 180,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
