New Business Development Leader – Nuclear & Clean Energy Sector

As New Business Origination Leader – Nuclear Sector, you will drive strategic growth across nuclear power generation, advanced modular reactor (SMR) development, nuclear site decommissioning, and energy infrastructure. You will partner with industry leaders in deploying our flagship 3DEXPERIENCE platform and Virtual Twin technologies to modernize nuclear engineering, capital project delivery, and operational safety.
- Drive Revenue: Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation to closing—targeting high-potential opportunities, major nuclear capital projects, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with nuclear plant owners, operator-licensees, EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), and regulatory/industry bodies to demonstrate risk mitigation, regulatory compliance efficiency, optimized asset performance, and lifecycle project value.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal nuclear domain experts and solution architects to craft tailored, high-value propositions for C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Industry Leadership: Build and nurture executive relationships across the nuclear ecosystem to foster innovation, accelerate SMR/advanced reactor commercialization, and expand our market footprint.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
- Industry Expertise: 15+ years of experience within the nuclear energy, power generation, or heavily regulated capital infrastructure sectors.
- Business Development: At least 5 years of strategic business development, or technology partnerships, with a track record of winning and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Established Network: Strong professional network among nuclear utility owners, plant operators, SMR developers, EPC contractors, and major vendors.
- Lifecycle Understanding: Solid understanding of how nuclear facilities and complex energy assets are designed, licensed, constructed, operated, and decommissioned over their full lifecycle.
- Execution & Stakeholder Management: Strong business judgment with demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder relationships and interdisciplinary teams under strict timelines.
- Project Management: Proven program and project management capability in high-consequence industries.
- Communication: Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills, especially with senior C-suite leadership and technical steering committees.
- Risk & Value Alignment: Ability to assess nuclear-specific operational/regulatory risks and articulate clear, quantifiable business outcomes enabled by virtual twin technology.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $222300 and $261500, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
