The IT Service Operations team is responsible for supporting the IT needs across all brands and sites within Dassault Systèmes. Encompassing a wide range of responsibilities from day-to-day administration of systems, responding to security incidents, to analysis of business need and defining appropriate solutions complying with local and corporate policies.


What will your role be?

  • Systems administration for Windows and Linux systems
  • Troubleshooting of performance and network problems, involving corporate support where necessary
  • Deployment and maintenance of physical and virtual machines
  • Responding to and remediating system and security alerts
  • Liaising with end-users in the business to understand their technical challenges and support them to develop solutions in compliance with corporate policies
  • Support with RFPs for local solutions

Your key success factors:

  • Good to strong technical skills in IT areas including:
  • Windows client and server usage and administration
  • Linux usage and administration
  • Virtualization, ideally with technical experience with VMware vSphere
  • Database systems, ideally with some experience with SQL Server and Oracle
  • Networking concepts including LAN/wLAN, internet connectivity, WAN solutions and routing
  • Understanding of cybersecurity risks and a “security-first” approach
  • A customer-focused approach to understanding and solving technical and business problems
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts at the appropriate level within the IT team and with the end-users in the business
