Role Description & Responsibilities

This role is for an API Support software engineer intern to join the team responsible for the support of the programming interface (API) to the SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS Connected CAD products. This interface is used by our customers, solution partners, and internal teams to automate, control and interact with SOLIDWORKS.

This team is responsible for providing customer support by answering customer questions and writing sample code in COM capable languages such as VBA, C#, C++, etc.; for understanding customer and partner needs, turning them into actionable project specifications for future work by the API Development team; and testing those projects to be sure customer needs are met.

This is a paid internship from Jan 2025 - June 2025 in the Dassault Systèmes Corp. offices located at 175 Wyman Street Waltham, MA 0245. You will be expected to follow a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

· Experience in coding and engineering

· Experience with robotics preferred

· Programming skills: C#, .Net, COM, Visual Studio

· Experience or knowledge of SOLIDWORKS and CAD model preferred

The total expected compensation range for this role will be between $22 and $40. In determining the pay range, we take into consideration experience, pay of employees in similar positions, and other job-related factors.
