Intern – Software Support Engineer

Role Description & Responsibilities 
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Handle incoming support calls, requests and emails.
  • Assess and dispatch issues according to predefined processes or solutions.
  • Assist senior engineers to provide technical solutions and advices to customers, partners and colleagues around the globe  
  • Analyze and assist senior engineers to resolve dynamic technical problems from various individually customized 3DS applications
  • Collaborate and engage with various resources worldwide to discover technical solutions
  • Contribute to the 3DS technical knowledge base with new findings  


  • Completed/currently pursuing Tertiary qualification such as degree or professional Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT certifications.
  • Good understanding of OOP & strong coding skillset.
  • Highly self-motivated team player with strong command of both verbal and written skills in English, comfortable working with people at every level of the company.
  • Possess strong logical and analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
