Role Description & Responsibilities

In close collaboration with sales management, sales operation manager and sales team, to provide daily sales operation support and help the sales on CRM and sales business management

Sales Planning

  • Contribute to build the sales plan in collaboration with Sales Management and supports its consolidation by revenue type, industry, geos, brands in collaboration with Finance.

 Forecast management:

  • Conduct the business review and build dashboards (Pipeline, key wins, …)
  • Build and monitor leading metrics to track execution and success, 
  • Risk Management

 Sales Execution:

  • Ensure appropriate LEVERAGE process execution (from sales LEAD creation to OPPORTUNITY closure) and LEAD/OPPORTUNITY pipelines consistency through sanity checks in DSX Client sales.
  • Monitor current quarter and  Q+1, Q+2, Q+3 pipelines 
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of DSX Client sales, DSX Client Order, OCRs.
  • Support Brand and Customer transitions (following acquisition for instance)
  • Review and support escalation of critical SBOs
  • Monitor and track LC opportunities
  • Support sales or Partner management to secure pricing, contractual documents, offer compliance, credit check, revenue recognition, registration and invoicing of complex and high value deals 

Sales Compensation Plan:

  • Support distribution of the sales incentive quotas and get sign-off ON-TIME 
  • Support Sales Compensation Planning team to compute and validate the results

Sales Coverage:

  • Partner with Sales Management to define sales coverage
  • Deliver sales coverage analysis and continue optimize

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years work experiences in sales operation
  • Sales execution, business analysis, leading change, managing projects with multiple tracks, managing CRM system, working with Finance systems is a plus.
  • Certified PMP & related project management experience would be preferred.
