Digital Transformation Partner for Customer Business Growth

Specific Job Responsibilities:
・Conducting customer engagement activities at exhibitions, seminars, and other events
・Participating in sales activities and promoting proposal initiatives for assigned customers and partner distributors
・Executing activities and managing progress to achieve sales targets
・Serving as a member of project teams to promote sales activities and team collaboration in pursuit of profit objectives
・Developing proposal activities aimed at exploring untapped customer segments and creating new business projects
・Monitoring business conditions and taking appropriate action in accordance with internal sales processes and business transformation frameworks
・Overseeing the renewal and management of annual license agreements
Upon joining, you will begin your career as an industry-focused sales professional.
Afterward, you will have the opportunity to transition into roles such as product-line sales or other positions.
New graduates who join Dassault Systèmes are required to participate in a 9-month training program to learn not only the business skills and customs required for working adults, but also the values and practices of Dassault Systèmes,
They also learn about Dassault Systèmes' values, culture, and brands.
In addition, through on-the-job training in which they participate in various types of business projects within the company, they learn how to network with members in Japan and overseas and how to proceed with projects.
【Requirements】
- Graduated or will graduate from a 4-year university or graduate school in Japan or abroad.
- Applicants must be able to join the company in April 2027.
- Native level of Japanese (will be the main language for daily work)
- Daily conversational level of English (reading, writing, and simple conversation)
- Able to communicate with others while working on tasks.
- Able to accept various cultures and be willing to take on new challenges.
- Experience of less than 24 months.
