System now prevents editing legacy Data Acquisition Activity Task, which are tasks missing req_task > work_item. System now redirects legacy In Progress Data Acquisition Activity Tasks to create a “Follow On” task.

Activities with long names (>90 characters) can now be reopened for edit and cloned. Child activities can also be successfully created. The name of the new activity will be truncated to fit within the 100 character limit.
