SOLCHEM-1090

When working with several displays which use different scaling factors, users experienced issues with incorrect sizing of dialogs and missing scrollbars. These issues have been fixed and the UI should appear appropriately.

SOLCHEM-1206

The default fonts and font sizes of the Solvation Chemistry application UIs was changed for better readability if scaling of the display is used.

SOLCHEM-1285

Documentation: The example for the java command line call was updated in the COSMOquick User Guide and a description for error code 61 was added to the COSMOfrag Reference Manual.

Some dialogs opened on another screen when working with external displays. This behavior has been fixed.

SOLCHEM-847

The COSMOtherm program did not allow for filenames with special characters "#" or "@", also impacting COSMOquick execution when a file path included those characters. This is enabled now.

Description

SOLCHEM-1536

When invoking COSMOquick from the commandline, the directory for the native libraries is expected in the parent directory of the directory where the command was invoked, and a commandline call in an arbitrary directory failed. This was changed: the path indicated in a commandline call with -Djava.library.path is now used throughout. In addition, the instructions for a commandline call have been updated in the COSMOquick User Guide to reflect all required settings.

SOLCHEM-1276

Upon enlarging the log area in the UI, the buttons were not displayed correctly any more. This behavior has been fixed.

SOLCHEM-1640

QuickDB2022.db file cannot be used on MacOS system, but this was not documented. A workaround for MacOS systems is now described in this document.
