Description

We are providing this Technical Note to inform you of the release of BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot 2018 SP1 HF6, which affects users of the chemistry collection including the Biological Registration, Chemical Registration, and Insight applications. It includes the following fixed issues:

PCHE-7849 - The Pipeline Pilot installer now includes an updated BIOVIA Desktop Connector with certificates that expire on September 4, 2021.

PCHE-7827 - In Pipette Sketcher version 3.2.7, the stereo center configuration is now preserved when loading V2000 molfiles that contain molecules with one stereo center marked as AND ENANTIOMER (chiral flag Off). In previous versions, the configuration of the stereo center was being changed to ABS.

Resolution

BIOVIA released Pipeline Pilot 2018 SP1 HF6 in December 2019 and is available for download at https://software.3ds.com/. To find this hotfix, set the Release to “2018” and Level to “BIOVIA 2018 Refresh 2 FixLevel 4”.
