We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the release of BIOVIA Solvation Chemistry Collection 2021 HF2 which includes the following enhancements and fixed defects:
Fixed Defects
This release of BIOVIA Solvation Chemistry Collection includes the following fixed defects.
User Story | Description |
SOLCHEMC-91 | The Core Mixture COSMOtherm Component of the Pipeline Pilot Solvation Chemistry Collection under certain circumstance lead to wrong phase definitions if the parameter "Use phases blockwise" was set from true (default) to false. This is corrected now. |
SOLCHEMC-128 | The Core COSMOtherm component of Pipeline Pilot Solvation Chemistry Collection did not correctly process gas phase energy files, which lead to small deviations in the prediction of gas phase related properties. This issue was fixed. |
SOLCHEMC-97 | The error handling of the "Define Phases" component of the Pipeline Pilot BIOVIA Solvation Chemistry Collection showed a wrong behavior in piping incomplete phase records where a molecule entry was missing were piped to the green port. This has been corrected. Incomplete phase records now are piped to the red port of Pipeline Pilot. |
