Description

The BIOVIA MDDR 2020.1 database dump file mddrdirect20201.dmp in the “BIOVIA_Content_2020_Refresh5.mddr20201_d2019.zip” fails to import on Oracle 11.2 or 12.1 with these errors:

ORA-39001: invalid argument value

ORA-39000: bad dump file specification

ORA-39142: incompatible version number 5.1 in dump file "<your_file_path>"

Resolution

Customers with the BIOVIA MDDR database license will receive an email that provides the link to the Dassault Systemes File Transfer site. Please use the new mddrdirect20201.dmp if you have BIOVIA Direct 2019 installed on Oracle 11.2 or 12.1.
