Background

This technical note is to inform all BIOVIA Foundation Hub (v2022 SP1) customers regarding a known issue where Task Plan life cycle dropdown (“hamburger" button) is empty when a protocol runset life cycle action is defined in Hub.

Workaround

Instead of opening the task plan, customer can expand task plan view from foundation hub home page and use the buttons above the task plan grids to perform the actions instead of the hamburger menu.

Solution

BIOVIA is tracking this issue with DAT-23821 and the fix will be provided in the upcoming Foundation Hub 2022 SP1 HF1 and 2023 release where dropdown menu shows the correct actions to take for any Task plan life cycle with protocol runset life action defined.
