This Technical Note is to inform you that the online Help for BIOVIA Insight does not work for Insight versions 2018 through 2021.

·       If you try to access the online help for these versions, for example https://help.bioviaonline.com/insight/2021/insight.htm for Insight 2021, you will get the error similar to "This site can’t be reached".

·       This issue does not affect Insight 2022 or later.

Resolution                                                           

We are working on a plan to make it available again and will share the target date as soon as possible.
