This Technical Note is to inform you that the URL for the hosted Insight Help site can no longer be accessed from the Insight application for the following versions of Insight, which did not include help files as part of the installation.

Affected releases:

• 2018
• 2018 SP1
• 2018 SP2
• 2019
• 2019 SP1
• 2020
• 2021

Resolution

If you are using any of the affected versions of Insight and need to access the help documents, contact BIOVIA Support and request the help for the version of Insight that is installed at your location.

Customer support will share a zip file containing the help files along with instructions on how to install and access the help content.

BIOVIA Insight 2022 and later releases include the help documents as part of the installed product and are not affected.
