The api/v1/convert/compound endpoint now returns more detailed information. With default parameters, the response status is now 200/OK, even when the posted structure data is invalid. To reproduce the old behavior, whereby invalid structure data returns the status 400/Bad Request, specify the query parameter rejectinvalidstructure=1.

The Desktop Connector Service can be configured to redirect the download of desktop client installers to another Desktop Connector Service instance. This allows a newer client version, for example one that supports the latest ChemDraw release, to be distributed without an upgrade the original server installation being necessary. In particular, this feature makes it easier for a customer to use the Desktop Connector with multiple applications, such as Notebook and Pipeline Pilot.
