Description

We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the release of BIOVIA Experiment 2020 SP3.

Enhancements

This release of BIOVIA Experiment includes the following enhancements:

EKB-11747 – BIOVIA Experiment now supports Pipeline Pilot 2021 in addition to Pipeline Pilot 2020. Previously, BIOVIA Experiment was not compatible with Pipeline Pilot 2021, because some of its protocols depended on OpenJDK 8, whereas Pipeline Pilot 2021 uses OpenJDK 11.

Versions of the protocols for OpenJDK 11 are now provided with BIOVIA Experiment, and are installed automatically from the Configuration pages if the Pipeline Pilot Server version is 2021.

BIOVIA Experiment 2020 SP3 was released in March 2021, and is available for download at https://software.3ds.com under BIOVIA products and can be found under:
