Background

Effective today BIOVIA is providing customers with notification that LES v3.5 and all of its subsequent service packs/hotfixes will be entering into legacy support and will be unsupported as of June 2020.

Solution

BIOVIA Support will continue to handle support calls, assist in answering questions, and finding solutions to problems with BIOVIA LES v3.5 and all of its subsequent service packs/hotfixes in accordance with our support policies through June 2020.

Legacy support is defined below:

· Responses to questions, including troubleshooting, providing workarounds and assistance with migration.

· Previously released fixes, patches and special releases will be available as needed.

· BIOVIA will not consider new fixes, patches and special releases during this phase.

· FAQs and Technical Notes accessible via the BIOVIA Support Website.

Within this time BIOVIA asks that you take the necessary steps to upgrade to a newer version of LES.
