Description

We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the release of BIOVIA Draw 2023 HF1, which includes the following:  

Fixed Defects

• DRAW-17548 - The DrawBridge Java server code example was changed to address instabilities that were observed when multiple concurrent users launched the DrawBridge at the same time.
  A change was made in the following Java server code routine:
  
  DrawBridge.java -> public UpdateData getUpdatedDraw (...

If you have developed web applications using the DrawBridge sample code, consider updating your code with this change.

• DRAW-17549 - Fixed an issue where the DrawBridge component experienced intermittent performance issues during image creation/serialization, which caused the transfer back into the web application to fail. Uninstall your current Draw version and install this hotfix for all client PCs that use the DrawBridge component.

Resolution

BIOVIA Draw 2023 HF1 was released in January 2023 and is available on request from BIOVIA Support.
