Cannot perform structure search as a non-administrator user

Background

When a non-administrator user attempts to perform a structure search, the following error displays and the user is prevented from performing the search:

“User does not have module permissions

User is not an administrator;”

Resolution

This issue only affects CISPro 2023.  If you have non-administrator users utilizing the Structure Search capabilities, it is recommended that you do not upgrade to CISPro 2023, but instead upgrade directly to CISPro 2023 SP1.  If you are already using CISPro 2023, then it is recommended to upgrade to CISPro 2023 SP1 when it is released.
