Background

The 2022 releases of Biological and Chemical Registration provided support for Oracle Exadata running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x under Oracle 12.2.0.1. only. Previous releases supported Oracle 19c releases; for example the 2021 release supported Oracle Exadata configurations under Oracle 19.3.0.0.

Solution

As a result of post-release testing, BIOVIA is now able to support Biological and Chemical Registration 2022 releases running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x under Oracle 19.7.0.0.
