Description

We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the release of BIOVIA Insight 2021 Golden that includes the following fixed issues.

SDX-16722 - Eliminated unneeded log output caused by background tasks.

SDX-16685 - Date conditional formatting rules now correctly display the default values in Internet Explorer 11.

SDX-16647 - Using a structure filter in a document that contains empty structures no longer causes an error.

SDX-16626 - Columns in the table no longer lose the sort menu option after enabling and disabling multi-sort mode.

SDX-16625 - During file import, @ characters in the names of columns are now correctly preserved.

SDX-16619 - Performing a search without criteria no longer breaks the application.

SDX-16613 - When importing files with chemistry, the application no longer attempts to convert columns that cannot contain chemistry.

SDX-16519 - When the user edits a record highlighted in the grid, a different record is no longer shown in the edit panel.

SDX-16507 - The column header tooltips now show the full path for a deep property, rather than just the tail end.

SDX-16403 - If a chart would warn the user that an operation could take a long time, the user does not see that warning again after saving and reloading the document, as they have already accepted this behavior.

SDX-16309 - Non-chemistry string columns with values that happen to be valid chemistry no longer get converted to chemistry during export.

SDX-16107 - When the user edits a record highlighted in the grid, a different record is no longer shown in the edit panel.

SDX-16061 - Histograms for data sets with three or fewer unique values now display the correct distribution.

SDX-15847 - A box plot in single record mode now correctly displays after saving and reloading a document containing it.

SDX-15814 - Adding a filter on a deep property with empty values now displays the correct error message.

SDX-15791 - Sorting on a column that contains a mix of integers and decimals now functions correctly.

SDX-15790 - Conditional formatting now correctly applies to data that contains a mix of integers and decimals.

SDX-15775 - Applying conditional formatting to an empty column no longer causes the table to show as empty.

SDX-15773 - The placeholder text for editing a formula field is now more accurate.

SDX-15696 - Usability improvements have been made to the formula filtering help text.

SDX-15398 - An improved error message is displayed if a zip file containing unsupported file formats is imported.

SDX-15342 - Editing a static text field in a form no longer causes other properties to reset.

SDX-15171 - Exporting deep data to Excel no longer generates unnecessary empty rows.

SDX-14908 - Better feedback is provided when changing the configuration on a chart that was previously displaying an error message.

SDX-14896 - Saving and loading a visualization document with the left-hand panel collapsed no longer causes the document to display incorrectly.

SDX-14395 - Column names with trailing spaces at the end no longer cause duplicate columns to be created during export.

SDX-14340 - Pipette Sketcher now correctly launches in reaction mode when editing reactions.

SDX-14145 - Categorical text filters now correctly display in scenarios where a deep property has all empty values except for one.

SDX-14098 - Usability improvements have been made to the clustering widget configuration panel.

SDX-13871 - The Recently Used Data Sources list now correctly shows all recently used data sources, rather than only data sources with associated forms.

SDX-13149 - The text exporter now prevents users from choosing the same value for the delimiter and multiple value delimiter to protect against invalid exports.

SDX-12742 - When exporting to RD, the user must now specify one top-level chemistry field and may optionally choose lower-level chemistry if present.

SDX-10159 - The summary tab now responds to data editing in addition to data filtering.
