CELN-9717The Data Archive section in Notebook now displays the checksum for an archived package. This does not apply to already submitted sections.

 

Fixed Defects

This release of BIOVIA Notebook 2025 SP1 includes the following fixed defects.

CELN-14552Submission comment time and date stamps are now correct even when the user is in a time zone with negative UTC offset. Note that sign and co-sign dates have always been correct.
CELN-14626When filtering an experiment list by author, only the current author name is listed in the dropdown but experiments authored by the same user under a previous name are returned.
CELN-12473In the Image section, the Screen Capture button is not shown when using macOS. Users are advised to use the built-in macOS screen capture tool and paste the image into the Image section.
CELN-12595It is no longer possible to accidentally add the same collaborator multiple times in an experiment.
CELN-13511Pasting images, charts and other objects from Microsoft Office 2021 applications into a Body Text section now works correctly.

CELN-14594Lookup filters in a saved search are now correctly shown when opening in advanced search.
CELN-14635Database users can now change their own password on the User details page in the Administration section.
CELN-14641Searching by experiment types or lookup items that contains a comma or backslash now works correctly.
CELN-14665Dropdown lists in Advanced search now support filtering to find matching items correctly, even when the total number of items is very large.
CELN-14689An issue which sometimes caused characters such as ampersand to become double-encoded in HTML attribute values has been resolved. This affected some external links in Body Text sections.
CELN-14698Database users can now change their own password on the User details page in the Administration section.
CELN-13316The filter controls for date filters in experiment and template lists have been improved so that "Past week" means anytime between now and a week ago, and similarly for the other date filter options. 
CELN-14155Tooltips on custom toolbar buttons are now shown correctly.
CELN-14237The issue with storing experiment project metadata has been resolved, preventing rare cases where some project references in the experiment content were not included in the searchable metadata.
CELN-14250Error handling in Data Archive web client when trying to open an inaccessible package has been improved.
CELN-14530Pasting images, charts and other objects from Office 2021 applications into a Body Text section now works correctly.
