| CS-412 | Render Manager unable to exit loop "Error PDF Check - The request for document [xxx] timed out. This issue has been resolved. The following changes have been implemented: • Handle exceptions occurring during logging (do not allow logging failures to terminate the thread/process). • Keep the log file open for the day; reopen only when the date changes. • Additional logging added of Fatal Thread errors. • Monitoring thread modified to avoid duplicate processing render/print job. • Monitoring thread modified to not to block the service restart if the monitoring timeout is set to high. |
| MYQ-9398 | A document checkout error occurred when a format was checked in the same as the native format. Providing a revision format, the same as the document content format is now not possible anymore. Also, after uploading additional redition, user can now change the format of rendition (this was previously not possible) |
| MYQ-9404 | A search in the hardcopy management by destruction date returned an error. This is resolved and a user can now search using destruction date. Note the same issue existed for Destruction Record Date, this issue is also resolved. |

| MYQ-9446 | EDMS 2026 Hotfix 1 has been integrated with Please Review 7.3. Please Review 73 install QumasLogin.xml.tempate is not renamed during the installation. The issue is resolved.. |

| MYQ-9450 | In Science Cloud, an LMS module set to open iiFrame did not load. The integration was changed to open in a new window. |

| CS-415 | LogFileAnalyser displays error that date and time are not valid. Parsing of date time values in log files was fixed. Only impacts the LogFileAnalyser application. |
| DOC-6812 | Permission cache sometimes returns incorrect values. Logging was added for non-standard situations in the permissions caching mechanism. As those "non-standard situations" only occur when something goes seriously wrong with the caching, the added logging would not have any impact on normal performance of DocCompliance. There is also a new re-try mechanism for retrieval of document permissions. If a user tries to view a document, but the attempt fails, because they have no permissions, we flush the permission cache and try again. This has no impact on performance under normal conditions, because the UI (MyQumas) will never allow the user to view a document for which they don't have permissions. So if they're actually allowed to click on the document, but the attempt fails, because permissions are missing, it's most probably some inconsistency. |

| MYQ-9422 | Amendment required when calling the Process Compliance SDK. Adding MyQumas Soap header as requested to all Process calls. Add a new Header called MyQUMAS with a value of true: <soap:Header> <qms:MYQUMAS>true</qms:MYQUMAS> </soap:Header> |
| MYQ-9352 | A security issue was reported regarding the repository name written in the cookie. The cookie has been now been removed addressing the security concern. |
| SDK-876 | Recovery files are now correctly parsed, which means, that processing files for recovered events can be created without issues and they generate no errors in the log file. |
| SDK-877 | Generating of file names for processing files has been improved so that the names are always unique, even if two files are being created in the same millisecond. |
| MYQ-9323 | Stored XSS via /EDMSAdmin/default.aspx?tab=lifecycleState through the POST parameter lifecycleState has been resolved. |
