T05-2026 - BIOVIA OneLab: 2024 SP1 Task and PEX Status Could Get Out of Sync
In rare cases, Task and Process Execution (PEX) pairs can go out of synchronisation in terms of their Workflow statuses, thus causing a mismatch, for example a released Task and a completed PEX. Users then have to manually re-open the PEX for edit, complete and release it, so that the synchronization happens and they end up with both the Task and PEX in the released state.
