We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the controlled availability (CA) release of BIOVIA Direct 2024 HF1 which includes the following fixed defects:
Fixed Defects
This release of BIOVIA Direct includes the following fixed defects.

| DIR-4376 | Updated the aromaticity perception to take into account coordination (dative) bonds connected to Nitrogen atoms in rings. |
| DIR-4377 | The aromaticity perception has been updated to allow pyridine- and pyrimidine-type rings with the nitrogen atom attached to a metal atom by a single bond (covalent or dative) to be perceived as aromatic, even if the sum of the bond orders exceeds 3. |
| DIR-4375 | Direct now returns only expected results for Substructure Searches (SSS) that include multiple Sgroups (MUL) with more than one crossing bond on a single bracket. |
