We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the release of BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot 2026, regarding the use of the Pipeline Pilot Imaging Collection.
The Pipeline Pilot 2026 release will not include the Imaging Collection, and for that reason customers dependent on this collection are advised not to upgrade any Pipeline Pilot installations to the 2026 Golden version. We are currently working to include the Imaging Collection into an upcoming Service Pack for Pipeline Pilot 2026.
From the Pipeline Pilot 2026 Golden Product Release Document:
“The Imaging Collection is not included in this release of Pipeline Pilot 2026. Do not upgrade if
you use the Imaging Collection with an older version of Pipeline Pilot. The collection will be
removed during the upgrade to Pipeline Pilot 2026.”

All supported operating systems for BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot
Resolution
Customers dependent on the Pipeline Pilot Imaging Collection are advised to delay any plans to upgrade BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot installations to the 2026 Golden version. Future inclusion of the Imaging Collection in subsequent versions of Pipeline Pilot will be communicated via Tech Notes and the Product Release Document for the relevant release.
