Dassault Systèmes Mediation
Dassault Systèmes has also implemented, in France, a mediation process and has appointed its Group Ethics & Compliance Officer as Mediator.
Role of the Mediator
Facilitates exchanges between Dassault systèmes and a supplier when a conflict has arisen and discussions between the Purchasing Department and the supplier have not led to the resolution of the conflict.
The purpose of the mediation process is not only to have Dassault Systèmes and a supplier try to solve the conflict, but also try to keep a long-lasting relationship between the parties.
Mission of the Mediator
Acts with neutrality (he does not belong to Dassault Systèmes Purchasing Department), fairness and confidentiality.
In the course of a mediation process, confidentiality of all exchanges and respect of each other is expected from Dassault Systèmes and the supplier.
