Solution Architect

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in related field

·        The Solution Architect takes an Enterprise Architecture approach to defining the solution, so experience or ability to learn systems modeling is required (e.g. Cameo Enterprise Architect)

·        Demonstrated expertise in multiple domains (e.g. CAD, PLM, Manufacturing, Sustainment / MRO) preferred

·        5+ years of experience developing architectures across a wide range of technologies or as a team member on major technology projects

·        Asks smart questions and probes diligently to build robust architectures and derive multi-year roadmaps from current state to future state

·        Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and learn the ins and outs of the product portfolio, usually collaboratively with stakeholders, to ensure the proper solution strategy

·        Strong influential leadership and interpersonal skills to be able influence change, connect with an audience, and lead stakeholders to a solution

·        Ability to tailor communication to nontechnical, technical, and leadership audiences

·        Experience participating in and preferably providing technical leadership on large enterprise projects and systems

·        Strong working proficiency in English (both oral and written)
