Services Software Expert - DELMIA Apriso
Role Description & Responsibilities
As part of the DELMIA Hub Delivery organization within Dassault Systèmes Industry Services, you will join a global team delivering world-class Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions powered by DELMIA Apriso. Our team partners with leading manufacturers worldwide to design, implement, and optimize digital manufacturing solutions that improve production efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
We are seeking a motivated DELMIA Apriso Solution Consultant to join our team in Brazil, with a preference for candidates based in São Paulo or São José dos Campos. Exceptional candidates located elsewhere in Brazil with strong DELMIA Apriso experience will also be considered.
- Design, configure, develop, and unit test DELMIA Apriso solutions as part of Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) implementation projects.
- Work closely with Project Team Leads and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality manufacturing solutions from design through deployment.
- Configure DELMIA Apriso applications and develop custom functionality to meet customer-specific manufacturing requirements.
- Support detailed solution design, technical documentation, unit testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production readiness activities.
- Partner with customers to drive successful solution adoption by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices throughout implementation.
- Deliver expertise across the DELMIA Apriso functional modules while helping customers maximize the value of their manufacturing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams including Solution Architects, Project Managers, Consultants, and customer IT organizations to deliver successful implementations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, integrations, and databases while identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation, detailed design specifications, and implementation artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously expand your expertise in DELMIA Apriso, Manufacturing Operations Management, and manufacturing digital transformation technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–7 years of experience implementing or configuring DELMIA Apriso, with hands-on experience configuring manufacturing solutions strongly preferred.
- Experience working within Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or manufacturing IT environments.
- Strong SQL knowledge, including database querying and troubleshooting.
- Experience with JavaScript, including jQuery.
- Basic knowledge of C#.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of relational database administration and maintenance.
- Knowledge of manufacturing business processes and MES functionality.
- Experience producing technical documentation and detailed design specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a global consulting environment while collaborating with customers and international project teams.
