Sales Operation Specialist (2025 China Graduate Program)
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven fresh graduate to join our dynamic Customer Success Team as an ALC Renewal Business Specialist. This is a unique role that combines operational depth and sales potential. You will be a key linchpin in ensuring customers' ongoing success and satisfaction. Through precise operational support and proactive client communication, you will ensure our valued customers seamlessly renew their Dassault Systèmes software and services (ALC), thereby achieving the dual goals of customer retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renewal Transaction Operations Support
- Manage renewal business transaction processing based on Renewal Notices (RN) and customer Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the process.
- Review contracts, orders, and related documents to verify all transaction information is accurate and compliant with company policies and procedural guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal Finance, Legal, and Order Management teams to efficiently advance the internal approval and processing of renewal orders.
- Maintain and update the customer renewal database to ensure data authenticity and completeness, providing reliable insights for management decision-making.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues in the renewal process, optimizing workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Manage renewal business transaction processing based on Renewal Notices (RN) and customer Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the process.
- Renewal Sales & Partner Management
- Take ownership of annual renewal performance targets for assigned customer groups, achieving or exceeding goals through professional communication and service.
- Execute proactive renewal strategies by engaging customers via various channels such as phone calls and emails to remind them of renewals and address inquiries.
- Conduct effective partner relationship management, building and maintaining strong collaborative partnerships with channel partners to drive renewal business outcomes.
- Manage conflicts between partners and the direct sales team, clearly defining business boundaries to ensure smooth collaboration, maximizing market coverage and sales efficiency.
- Deeply understand customer business needs, identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and promptly refer leads to the sales team.
- Analyze renewal data to forecast churn risks and develop corresponding customer retention action plans.
- Take ownership of annual renewal performance targets for assigned customer groups, achieving or exceeding goals through professional communication and service.
Qualifications:
- Graduates of the 2024 or 2025 cohort with a bachelor’s degree or above; majors in business, management, industrial engineering, English, or information technology are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, with the ability to interact effectively with internal/external clients and partners in a clear, professional manner.
- Detail-oriented, with strong logical thinking and data processing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is required, with preference for proficiency in using AI tools for advanced data analysis.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork spirit, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- keen interest in learning enterprise software business and sales operations; prior experience in student unions, clubs, or project management is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
