Partner Sales Manager
Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Partner Sales Manager to join our South Eastern team based in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and growing our key top clients alongside our partners, ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions within Turkey.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Define mid- and long-term revenue growth strategies for assigned partners and dedicated customers
- Lead top-level executive relationships and manage the global ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation
- Oversee the 3DS extended team (including Value Added Reseller partners) to ensure revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction
- Be accountable for systematic engagement on value using a Business Consulting approach
- Collaborate with partners to support customer transformation through digital transformation journey
- Execute and ensure assigned partners are delivering One Bucket targets and KPIs, upgrade the partner Tier and transform partners in line with corporate targets
- Foster trusted relationships with both customers and partners within Turkey scope
- Develop new pipeline generation initiatives by using right Go To Market Strategy and ensure pipeline is able to cover minimum two times of assigned quota
- Manage joint engagement activities and collaborate with multiple stakeholders such like finance, operations, marketing teams to ensure forecasted opportunities in relevant quarters.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in selling SaaS and Cloud management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors
- Over 7 years of experience selling software solutions to large clients in the partner channel
- Experience in sales management or a business consulting role is a plus
- Experience in managing indirect business
- Experience in Manufacturing Industries will be a big plus
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures
- Ability to travel as needed to meet partners
- Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus)
- Minimum 3 days office or customer/partner site meetings essential.
