Role Responsibility & Job Description:

  • Ensure protection of Dassault Systèmes assets and revenue while at the same time protecting the relationship with the customer by finding mutual agreement to resolve the matter
  • Establishing good rapport with cross functional teams, channel and legal partners while developing and achieve revenue sales target
  • Formulate, consult and implement new initiatives with defined objectives
  • Manage/support and coordinate the implementation of LC HQ-initiated programs
  • Develop relationship with external program vendors
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by ASIA LC Manager

Qualifications:

  • At least 11-15 years of relevant experience or a role which required a focus on analytical and investigative activities or sales related role as well as negotiation experience with customers
  • Bachelor degree in any field and able to multi-task and organize workload
  • Have extensive experience in the end-to-end activities of software license compliance program
  • Have experience initiating and managing programs for software license compliance autonomously
  • Have customer facing experience with strong negotiation skills
