DELMIA Industrial Engineering Technical Support
We are seeking a resource in our Technical Support team. We have a key mission to support our Customers globally. We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience on DELMIA Industrial Engineering domain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Customers/Partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving DELMIA Industrial Engineering domain.
- Diagnosing problems reported by Customers and suggest solutions or workarounds.
- Respond immediately in case of Customer Crisis situations
- Work closely with customers and partners as situation demands to resolve issues and ensure smooth deployment/production run.
- Participate in customer calls on demand, demonstrating technical expertise and deliver enhanced value & satisfaction
- Create Knowledge capitalization content on key technical topics.
- Be self-motivated and eager to engage in challenging situations demanding high reactivity, while continuously raising the standard of quality of DS Customer Support.
- Able to troubleshoot and debug the issues by analyzing traces/logs and other third-party tools.
- Ensure Knowledge capitalization content creation on regular basis and spread awareness about it at every possible need and opportunity
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in the Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- Work experience of 2~4 years in the DELMIA Industrial Engineering (Digital Manufacturing) with knowledge of DELMIA Process Planning, DELMIA Machining, Manufacturing Simulation, Assembly Process Planner on 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Exposure to DELMIA Ergonomics, Robotic Simulation, Plant Simulation, PLM operations and concepts is an added advantage
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
