Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Develops, plans and manages implementation of BIOVIA customer projects.
- Manages the lifecycle of projects resolving complex technical and business problems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Solutions Architects to develop service proposals and project estimates for both new and existing customers.
- Manages project expenditures by ensuring timely and accurate service invoicing for projects.
- Ensures project compliance with regulatory standards and drive system improvements.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and overall project success.
- Delivers executive briefings and strategic recommendations for internal action.
Qualifications:
- Proven minimum 3 years in successful software project management.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end project processes, workflows, budget, resources and business factors.
- Tech sales experience in Pharma, Biotech, Life Science or similar industries is a plus (ELN or LIMS highly preferred).
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Life Science, Chemical, Materials Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- Must be fluent in English (both written and oral).
- Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
