Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between Dassault Systèmes and its outside partner ecosystem, turning casual business relationships into structured, high-value partnerships.
  • Grow partnership programs from basic setups into mature, goal-driven ecosystems.
  • Build multi-year business plans that align with company revenue goals.
  • Design and launch regional Go-To-Market (GTM) joint offerings with partners.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and improve win rates.
  • Work closely with internal sales and strategy teams to align partners with account plans and set clear rules of engagement.
     

Qualifications

  • 5 to 9 years of experience in channel management, alliance development, or technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of growing partner relationships and increasing partner-sourced revenue.
  • Experience building business plans and measuring results through pipeline, win rates, and revenue.
  • Familiarity with major software platforms and ecosystems such as Salesforce, AWS, or Veeva.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, including with senior stakeholders.
  • Background in Life Sciences is a strong advantage.
