Solution Overview
TOR3DMILLING is an interactive application, fully integrated in CATIA V5/DELMIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE , that will drive the programmer through the process to generate CNC programs execute in 3D surface Milling MTorres machines and simulate the TNC files generated with a MTorres Postprocessor.

TOR3DMILLING is fully integrated in CATIA/DELMIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE so it will allow the customer to use initial tooling designs that they have in CATIA without losing information due to CAD format conversions and it will allow to define and store the appropriate milling strategies in the CATProcess document, that will be used on CNC program creation.
It is a user-friendly application that allows the user to change several milling parameters.
TOR3DMILLING application and MTorres postprocessor are two applications created to extract the maximum performance from our 3D Surface Milling machine, been able to measure part and adapt surface milling programs to actual surfaces.
