The PROSTEP OpenPDM SAP Integration for 3DEXPERIENCE seamlessly connects PLM and ERP processes between the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and SAP (R/3 ECC and S/4HANA). Independent of the engineering domain in CATIA, DELMIA, or SIMULIA, the integration synchronizes product data bi-directionally to ensure consistent lifecycle information across system boundaries.
The solution is built on the PROSTEP Digital Thread Platform with its proven OpenPDM integration engine. Connectors use official APIs from Dassault Systèmes and SAP, supporting both standard and customized object models. P&O security restrictions are automatically respected.
Data synchronization runs fully automated in the background. The built-in BPMN process engine allows flexible configuration of business rules; integrated process monitoring provides full transparency for administrators and key users.
