MCalibration® (https://polymerfem.com/mcalibration/) enables engineers to quickly calibrate both PolyUMod material models and all built-in Abaqus material models to experimental data. MCalibration uses powerful nonlinear search algorithms to quickly find the best material parameters from a collection of different experimental data files. This tool can help quickly match material models to a complex set of test data over a wide range of experimental conditions.
The PolyUMod® library (https://polymerfem.com/polyumod/) of user-material models contains advanced non-linear viscoplastic material models suitable for all polymer systems, including the anisotropic, temperature-dependent behaviors of thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomers, foams, and biomaterials. The PolyUMod® subroutines provide the FE user advanced material models as if they were built into the Abaqus Standard and Explicit solvers. Engineers can perform very accurate FE simulations without becoming an expert in material model software development.
