Working Student (m/f/d) – Specialist Strategic Procurement

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Working Student (m/f/d) – Specialist Strategic Procurement to join our team.

The EMEA Strategic Procurement Team consists of an international team of experienced professionals in category sourcing, procurement operations, procurement transformation, procurement excellence, governance and compliance and is responsible for all procurement activities in currently 24 Business Units across more than 26 countries in EMEA from Finland to Dubai, from South-Africa to Sweden, England, Spain, Germany or Poland, as well as Netherlands, Italy, Austria or Switzerland, Turkey and many more.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• You will have a vital role within the category sourcing and procurement excellence management concerning the following product and service categories managed within the procurement team:

a. Procurement excellence & process management, including

1.   data base analytics (supplier data analytics),

2.   supplier communication

3.   creation of executive summaries & presentations and

4.   decision making proposals,

5.   implementation of AI use cases supporting all category sourcing managers and the procurement excellence team – using our AI tools..

b.   Professional Services,

c.   Human Resources and

d.   Marketing/Events as well as

e.   Facility Services,

f.    IT / Telecommunications

• You will report to the Director Strategic Procurement EMEA and his team
